Kalamata Premium is a small, select group of local greek family farmers in the Messinia region, who for well over 10 generations, have been farming and harvesting olive oil, whilst still using traditional methods used in ancient greek times. The olive trees are cultivated with care and harvested by hand each year from October to January. Only the best olive fruits are picked and the oil is extracted using the first cold press to ensure only the finest oil. The quality and exquisite taste of this fresh oil can hardly be explained in words – it can only be experienced through the senses to fully appreciate. To ensure that our rigorous standards of quality are being met, the production process samples are tested in laboratories, using the latest technology. In that way we can guarantee that only nature’s finest organic extra virgin olive oil reaches our customers.
